Description
CD15 mediates phagocytosis and chemotaxis, found on neutrophils, expressed in patients with Hodgkin diseases, some B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemias, acute lymphoblastic leukemias, and most acute nonlymphocytic leukemias. It represents a marker for murine pluripotent stem cells, in which it plays an important role in adhesion and migration of the cells in the preimplantation embryo. Use SuperBeads® Human CD15 Cell Isolation Kit to isolate highly purified myeloid cells (CD15+) from whole blood by immunomagnetic positive selection. It may also be used for the depletion of CD15 cells. The positively isolated Human CD15 Cells are are labeled with antibodies and magnetic SuperBeads.
