The Vascular Smooth Muscle Cell Growth Kit contains components that when added to Vascular Cell Basal Medium create a complete cell culture environment for smooth muscle cells isolated from large vessels. The final concentration for each component in complete vascular smooth muscle cell growth medium is as follows:
rh FGF-basic: 5 ng/ml
rh Insulin: 5 μg/ml rh EGF: 5 ng/ml L-glutamine: 10 mM
Ascorbic acid: 50 μg/ml
Fetal bovine serum: 5%
