Description
Transforming Growth Factor betas (TGF-betas) mediate many cell-cell interactions that occur during embryonic development. Three TGF-betas have been identified in mammals. TGF-beta 1, TGF-beta 2 and TGF-beta 3 are each synthesized as precursor proteins that are very similar in that each is cleaved to yield a 112 amino acid polypeptide that remains associated with the latent portion of the molecule. Human Recombinant TGF-b 3 produced in CHO cells is a disulfide-linked homodimeric, glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 112 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 25 kDa.

                                Sterile-filtered, clear solution (10 μg/41 μl; 0.244 mg/ml) containing 20% ethanol and 0.1% acetic acid.
                            Reconstitution
Please centrifuge product briefly before opening vial. The dissolved protein can be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at -20°C for future use.
                            Storage & Stability
Store frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long-term storage, it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
