Description
Human umbilical cord-derived derived mesenchymal stem cells were isolated from human umbilical cord tissues and transfected with SV40LT expressing lentiviral particles under the control of a Tet-on system in the presence of DOX. This cell line may be utilized as an in vitro model for clinical and experimental use due to their capacity to self-renew and differentiate into multiple mesenchymal lineages
