Description
Human Glomerular Podocytes were isolated and transfected with SV40LT and RFP expressing lentiviral particles under the control of a Tet-on system in the presence of DOX. The glomerular podocyte is believed to play a role in the development and progression of albuminuria and glomer-ulosclerosis associated with diabetes. This cell line may be utilized as an in vitro model.
