What are the precautions for cell digestion?
A:
Firstly, the digestion time should be controlled so as not to over-digest, secondly, the termination should be complete (take T25 bottle as an example, add 1ml of trypsin and terminate with 5 mL of complete medium), and thirdly, control the number of times and strength of blowing to avoid damage.
