Immortalized Human Nucleus Pulposus Non-Responder Cells

  • Specification
  • Recommended Products
Cat.No.
CSC-I9318L
Description
Immortalized Human Nucleus Pulposus Non-Responder Cells were derived from healthy disc materials from patients and were immortalized via retroviral transduction carrying the SV40LTAg and hTERT genes. The cells retained its primary phenotype and express the SOX9, COL2A1 and COL1A1 markers. It does not have the ability to undergo chondrogenic differentiation, unlike the Immortalized Human Nucleus Pulposus Responder Cells. The Immortalized Human Nucleus Pulposus Non-Responder Cells may be used to study the biology of the nucleus pulposus.
