What should I do with the cell product received with loose wall apposition?

Please collect all the culture fluid from the culture flasks into a centrifuge tube, centrifuge at 1000rpm for 5min, collect the supernatant and add 1-2 ml of trypsin to the sediment and resuspend it by gentle blowing; afterwards, split the flasks for passaging at a ratio of 1:2 and incubate in an incubator.
