Cat.No.
CSC-I9323L
Description
Peritoneal macrophages were collected from wild type male mice that had been crossbred with Immortomouse expressing a temperature-sensitive version of simian virus 40 large T antigen to generate the Immortalized Mouse Myeloid-derived Suppressor-like (HD1A) Cells. Myeloid-derived suppressor cells are myeloid progenitors that are blocked to further differentiate and may have a role in tumor proliferation. The cells are the wild type to Stable Mouse Myeloid-derived Suppressor-like LAL Knock Out (HD1B) Cell Line, in which lysopmal acid lipase (LAL) expression is observed. Together HD1A and HD1B cells may be used as anin vitrosystem for studies relating to LAL and myeloid functions.
