Description
The Immortalized Bcl-x Mouse Embryonic Fibroblasts - SV40T were derived from primary embryonic cells from an 11-d-pregnant Bcl-x heterozygous mouse. The primary cells were immortalized by transfection with pCDNA3 plasmid encoding SV40 large T antigen. The immortalized cells display similar morphological characteristics with the parental cells. The Immortalized Bcl-x Mouse Embryonic Fibroblasts - SV40T is useful in studies in discovering novel signaling pathways, investigating regulatory networks and immune responses particularly related to the Bcl-xL gene.
