Store in liquid nitrogen.
Human tumor cells are obtained from surgical or biopsy tumor tissues. The site of sampling is very important. Larger tumor tissues have degenerated or necrotic areas, so try to avoid using degenerated tissues when sampling, and select the site with better viability. Cancerous metastatic lymph nodes or thoracic and ascitic fluid are good materials for culture.
