Why is ELISA better than Radioimmunoassay?

ELISA detects antibody-antigen complexes using enzymes whereas RIA detects antibody-antigen complexes using radioisotopes. ELISA involves labeling the antibody whereas RIA involves labeling the antigen. ELISA assay is less sensitive when compared to RIA assay.
