Description

Established from the peripheral blood of a 63-year-old woman with B-prolymphocytic leukemia (B-PLL) at diagnosis; cell line was established by EBV-transformation during treatment with phorbol ester TPA; cells were described to have immunoglobulin light chain restriction (lambda) and to carry t(11;14) leading to IGH@-BCL1 fusion gene and CCND1 (cyclin D1) activation
