Description
The cell line COR-L23/CPR is a drug-resistant variant of COR-L23. The line was developed by growing the parent line in increasing concentrations of cisplatin. Cisplatin accumulation is reduced in COR-L23/CPR and cross resistance to melphalan and other platinum compounds has been found. Cells tend to grow in clumps.
