Description

The Oxaliplatin-resistant cell line MKN-45/L-OHP has been developed by repeatedly exposing the parent MKN-45 cell line to Oxaliplatin. To retain its resistance, Oxaliplatin must be continuously added to the culture medium.

Storage and Shipping

Creative Bioarray ships frozen cells on dry ice. On receipt, immediately transfer frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C) until ready for experimental use. Never can cells be kept at -20 °C.
