During the cell digestion process, you need to observe the degree of cell digestion under the microscope. When you see that most of the cells become round and do not adhere to the wall, and a large number of cells will be shed when you tap the sides of the culture flask, the digestion should be terminated immediately; if most of the cells still adhere to the wall, the digestion time can be extended appropriately to avoid incomplete digestion.
