Description
The Onvansertib-resistant cell line HCT-116/Onv has been developed by repeatedly exposing the parental HCT-116 cell line to increasing concentrations of onvansertib. To retain its resistance, Onvansertib must be continuously added to the culture medium.

Storage and Shipping
