SuperQuick® UMU Genotoxicity Test Kit utilizes Salmonella typhimurium TA1535/pSK1002 as the test strain, employs a 96-well plate format, and uses 4-nitroquinoline 1-oxide (4-NQO) as the positive control. This kit quantitatively evaluates DNA damage through an enzyme-assisted assay system that measures the induction of a specific enzyme, providing a reliable assessment of genotoxic potential.
