Description
SuperQuick® Mini-Ames Assay Kit (2 strains) is a scaled-down adaptation of the standard Genotoxicity Ames Kit. It uses nutrient-deficient Salmonella typhimurium strains TA98 and TA100 as indicator organisms to assess mutagenicity by detecting changes in colony numbers. By utilizing 6-well plates instead of traditional Petri dishes, it is widely used for preliminary mutagenicity screening due to its convenience and efficiency.
