SuperQuick® Microtitre Fluctuation Ames Test Kit employs two tester strains, TA98 and TA100, cultured in 96- or 384-well plates. Genotoxicity is assessed by monitoring color changes in the wells or through direct readings with an enzyme reader. This all-liquid format eliminates the labor-intensive colony counting typically required in plate-based methods and enhances test sensitivity and efficiency.
