Description
SuperQuick® Ames Assay Kit (4 strains, pre-coated dishes) employs nutrient-deficient Salmonella typhimurium strains TA97a, TA98, TA100, and Escherichia coli WP2uvrA (pKM101) as indicator organisms. It is designed to evaluate the mutagenic potential of test substances by detecting point and frameshift mutations based on changes in bacterial colony counts.
