Description
SuperQuick® Ames Assay Kit (2 strains, pre-coated dishes) uses nutrient-deficient Salmonella typhimurium strains TA98 and TA100 as indicator organisms to assess the mutagenic potential of test compounds. The assay detects point and frameshift mutations by measuring changes in bacterial colony formation.
