Description
SuperCult® 293 SFM Medium is a serum-free, low-protein (<10 µg/ml) formulation optimized for high-density suspension culture of 293 cells. (It is not suitable for adherent 293 cell cultures.) SuperCult® 293 SFM Medium is animal-origin free. Formulated without L-glutamine for increased stability; add 20 ml of 200 mM L-glutamine or 20 ml of special supplement per 1,000 ml of medium prior to use.
