Description
Protein-based human iPSCs system is the ultimate choice for iPSCs generation that is not require the destruction of ex utero embryos and completely eliminates possible genome mutations and insertions associated with DNA transfections or viral transduction. QualiStem® iPSC Protein Reprogrammin Kit II (OSNL) contains (1) 4 reprogramming factor’s protein, including Oct4 protein, Sox2 protein, Nanog protein and Line28 protein; (2) QualiStem® Protein Transfection Reagents. All iPSC proteins are expressed from 293 cells.
