Description
QualiStem® IPS Cell Mesoderm Differentiation Kit is optimized to efficiently differentiate IPS cells into mesoderm cells in 3 days. Mesoderm is one of three primary germ layers formed during the process of gastrulation in the vertebrate embryo. Embryonic mesoderm gives rise to several important organs and tissues including the heart, muscle, bone and cartilage. This kit maximizes workflow efficiency and is applicable for drug toxicity and small molecule screening. This kit has been tested on multiple induced pluripotent stem cell lines.
