Description
LRP1 (LDL Receptor Related Protein 1) is a protein-coding gene. Diseases associated with LRP1 include keratosis pilaris atrophicans and atrophoderma vermiculata. This cell line is generated from pre-made footprint-free human iPS cells by using gene editing method to introduce a deletion and a frame shift in the LRP1 gene and is a good model for studying AD-related pathologies in neurons induced specifically by LRP.
