CSC-C7092J
Description
J-111 was originally thought to be derived from a 25-year-old female patient with acute monocytic leukemia. However, it was found to be indistinguishable from HeLa by STR PCR DNA profiling. Therefore, the cell line should be considered as derived from HeLa.
