Creative Bioarray's iPSC Mesenchymal Progenitor Cell Differentiation Kit supports efficient and reproducible generation of mesenchymal progenitor cells from human induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells. The differentiated cells can proliferate stably with normal karyotype, express specific cell surface markers (CD73+/ CD90+/ CD105+, CD14-/ CD34-/ CD45-/ CD79α-/ HLA-DR-), and harbour three-germ line lineages differentiation potential (osteogenesis, cartilage, and adipose differentiation).
