Description
The FOXG1 Knock-out Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells is generated by homozygous insertion of 1 base pair (bp) in the coding sequence region of the human FOXG1 gene by Cas9/gRNA mediated non-homologous and genotype is confirmed by Sanger sequencing.
Creative Bioarray's iPS cell line carries FOXG1 KO mutation and is gene-edited using CRISPR/Cas9 technology. Steady-state mRNA expression patterns of undifferentiated iPSC and EBs are determined via real-time PCR.
