Natural killer group 2, member D (NKG2D) is an important activating receptor expressed on the surface of human natural killer cells, invariant natural killer T cells, γδ T cells, CD8+ T cells, and some autoreactive or immunosuppressive CD4+ T cell. The molecule is present at low or undetectable levels on normal cells but rapidly appear on the surface of stressed, malignant transformed, and infected cells. NKG2D is a great target for CAR-T cell. The Anti-NKG2D CAR-T Cell ISH Probe targeting the CAR 3’ UTR allows for highly sensitive and especific detection of Anti-NKG2D CAR-T cells.
