Description
AFF2 (ALF Transcription Elongation Factor 2) is a protein-coding gene. Diseases associated with AFF2 include intellectual developmental disorder. This cell line is generated from pre-made footprint-free human iPS cells by using gene editing method to introduce a deletion and a frame shift in the AFF2 gene, and can be a good model for studying AD-related pathologies in neurons induced specifically by AFF2.
