FHPC-061
Description
These fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) probes are intended to detect the t(11;14)(q13;q32) reciprocal translocation involving the IGH and CCND1 gene regions.
Mantle cell lymphoma is commonly associated with the balanced translocation t(11;14)(q13;q32).FISH has emerged as an important aid in the detection of mantle cell lymphoma. The IGH/CCND1 Dual Color Dual Fusion Probes have been used in publications to detect t(11;14) in Mantle Cell Lymphoma.
