Cat.No.
FONC-055
Description
The FIP1L1-CHIC2-PDGFRA Triple-Color probe is optimized to detect the CHIC2 deletion at 4q12 associated with the FIP1L1/PDGFRA fusion in a Triple-Color, split assay. It also allows the detection of translocation involving the FIP1L1 and PDGFRA region. The FIP1L1-CHIC2-PDGFRA probe is designed as deletion probe, where loss of CHIC2 region is observed as loss of a red signal leaving a green/blue co-localized signal at 4q12. Translocation involving 4q12 will be observed as a separate blue signal and a red/green co-localized signal identifying the der(4) chromosome.
