The Immortalized Pig Aorta Cells - SV40 are endothelial cells derived from porcine aortic tissue. The cells were immortalized in the presence of replication-incompetent lentivirus carrying the SV40 antigen. This cell line is valuable for studies for porcine aorta tissue and xenotransplantation.
