Description
The L8824 is an immortalized hepatocyte cell line derived from the liver of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella). It exhibits typical hepatic functions and is widely used in toxicology studies to evaluate the impact of environmental pollutants—including glyphosate and chlorpyrifos—on fish liver cells. This cell line also serves as a valuable tool for research in fish immunology and lipid metabolism.
