Description
Mesothelin is a cell surface glycoprotein that is expressed at very low levels on normal mesothelial cells of the pleura, peritoneum, and pericardium. But MSLN is overexpressed on cancer cells in 80–90% of MPM, 40–60% of lung ADC, 36% of triple-negative breast cancer, 40% of esophageal cancer, and 79% of thymic cancer. Therefore, mesothelin is a promising target for CAR- T cell therapy. The Anti-Mesothelin CAR-T Cell ISH Probe targeting the CAR 3’ UTR allows for highly sensitive and especific detection of Anti-Mesothelin CAR-T cells.
