Chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan (CSPG)4 is a transmembrane proteoglycan with a low expression in normal tissues but high expression in several solid tumors, where it plays a central tumorigenic role. So CSPG4 is a promising target for CAR-T cells. The Anti-CSPG4 CAR-T Cell ISH Probe targeting the CAR 3’ UTR allows for highly sensitive and especific detection of Anti-CSPG4 CAR-T cells.
