Description
CAIX protein, a member of the carbonic anhydrase family, is thought to play a role in the regulation of cell proliferation in response to hypoxic conditions and may be involved in oncogenesis and tumor progression. Previous studies have shown that CAIX is induced constitutively in certain tumor types but is absent in most normal tissues. Therefore, CAIX is a promising target for CAR- T cell therapy. The Anti-CAIX CAR-T Cell ISH Probe targeting the CAR 3’ UTR allows for highly sensitive and especific detection of Anti-CAIX CAR-T cells.
