Brain Cells And Media

Brain cells are isolated from normal brain tissues. The brain microvascular endothelial cells are the major element of the blood-brain barrier and comprise the primary limitation to passage of substances, both soluble and cellular, from the blood into the brain. Key characteristics of brain microvascular endothelial cells include: high transendothelial electrical resistance, low permeability, and expression of tight junction proteins, transporters, and efflux pumps. Brain vascular fibroblasts also can be used in many laboratory applications. Creative Bioarray can offer many different types of normal Primary Brain Cells and Stem Cells including Brain Vascular Fibroblasts, Brain Microvascular Endothelial Cells, Brain Vascular Adventitial Fibroblasts and Brain Cancer Stem Cells from differents species (Human, Rat, Mouse, Monkey, etc). All cells have gone through rigorous QC testing and are guaranteed to perform when used with our media, reagents and user-friendly protocols. Along with our products comes an excellent scientific support team cross-trained in cells, media, helping you set up your experiments successfully for different applications.
