iPSC Differentiation Kit

Induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells can be generated by somatic cell reprogramming following the exogenous expression of specific transcription factors (Oct-3/4, KLF4, SOX2, c-Myc, Nanog and Line28). These cell types are capable of unlimited, undifferentiated proliferation in vitro and still maintain the capacity to differentiated into a wide range of somatic cells. Human IPS Cells have the unique ability to differentiate into any type pf the body including: Ectodermal (Neuron, Astrocyte, Oligodendrocyte, Retinal Epithelial Cells, Epidermal, Hair and Keratinocytes), Endodermal (Hepatocyte, Pancreatic Cell, Intestinal Cells, Lung Alveolar Cells) and Mesodermal (Hematopoietic, Endothelial Cell, Cardiomyocyte, Smooth Muscle Cells, Skeletal Muscle Cells, Renal Cells, Adipocytes, Chondrocyte and Osteocytes).
