Description

RFP Expressing Human Aortic Smooth Muscle Cells (RFP-HASMCs) provided by Creative Bioarray are zeocin-selected from Human Aortic Smooth Muscle Cells infected with lentivirus expressing RFP. RFP-HASMCs are cryopreserved in passage 3 and guaranteed for at least 10 population doublings under the cell culture conditions specified by Creative Bioarray. These cells are characterized by immunofluorescence staining with antibody of Alpha-Vascular SMA. These cells are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C.
