Description

GFP-Aequorin Expressing Human Aortic Smooth Muscle Cells (adult) (GFP-AEQ-HuASMCs) provided by Creative Bioarray are puromycin-selected from Human Aortic Smooth Muscle Cells infected with lentivirus expressing GFP-Aequorin. GFP-AEQ-HuASMCs are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C and characterized by immunofluorescence staining with antibody of Desmin and α-SMA. These cells are cryopreserved in passage 3 and guaranteed for at least 8 population doublings under the cell culture conditions specified by Creative Bioarray.
