PLN (Phospholamban) is a protein-coding gene. Diseases associated with PLN include cardiomyopathy and familial hypertrophy. This cell line is generated from pre-made footprint-free human iPS cells by using gene editing method to delete whole coding sequence of PLN gene, and is a good model for studying mechanisms of heart failure associated with PLN.
