Description
The S9 fraction is a supernatant fraction obtained from an organ homogenate which contains cytosol and microsomes. The S9 fraction contains a wide variety of both phase I and phase II enzymes and is widely used in In Vitro ADME assays and In Vitro toxicity studies.
