Description
Mesenchymal stem cells with GFP (MSCs/GFP) are multipotent stem cells that can differentiate into a variety of cell types including osteocytes, adipocytes, and chondrocytes. MSCs/GFP proliferate quickly and are capable of generating a local immunosuppressive microenvironment, thus contributing to their wide application potentials in tissue engineering, cell therapy, and gene therapy. Sprague-Dawley (SD)Rat Mesenchymal Stem Cells are derived from the bone marrow of Sprague-Dawley (SD) Rats, cultured as monolayer, and then have been transfected with a lentiviral construct containing a GFP expression motif.
