Copy number changes and abnormal expression of the CD274 gene – also known as PDL1, PDCD1LG1, PDCD1L1, PD-L1, B7H1 or B7-H – or the PDCD1LG2 gene – also called PDL2, PDCD1L2, bA574F11.2, PD-L2, CD273, Btdc or B7DC – have been observed in lymphoma, melanoma, various types of solid tumors types and in autoimmune conditions.
