Description
SuperCult® Murine Neuron Growth Medium Kit was specifically developed for culturing embryonic primary rat and mouse neurons. This serum-free medium allows for long-term maintenance and growth of neuronal cells, and maintains pure populations of neuronal cells without the need of an astrocyte feeder layer.
SuperCult® Murine Neuron Growth Medium Kit is containing Primary Neuron Basal Medium and the Primary Neuron Growth Supplement Kit. The Supplement Kit contains the necessary volumes of L-glutamine, GA-1000, and NSF-1, a supplement supporting neuronal growth and survival , to complement the basal medium volume provided.
