Creative Bioarray Melanocyte Growth Medium M2 is a serum-free and PMA (Phorbol Myristate Acetate)-free Medium that was developed for the optimized in vitro cultivation of human melanocytes. It is also suitable for human pigment epithelial cells, neuronal cells, and melanoma cells. The medium is optimized for primary human cells, but can also be used for equine, porcine, murine, and rat melanocytes. Creative Bioarray Melanocyte Growth Medium M2 is available as Medium (Ready-touse) which consists of a 500 ml bottle of Basal Medium and one vial of SupplementMix. Adding the SupplementMix to the Basal Medium results in the complete Growth Medium. Basal Medium (with or without phenol red) and the SupplementMix can also be purchased separately.
All lots of Creative Bioarray Melanocyte Growth Medium M2 are subjected to comprehensive quality control tests using primary human melanocytes. Each lot is checked for growth promoting activity, adherence rate, and typical morphology of the tested melanoc
