  • This cell line has been established by J.L. Biedler in 1971. It has moderate dopamine-beta-hydroxylase activity as well as formaldehyde induced fluorescence indicative of intracellular catecholamines. This cell line was found to have moderate dopamine - beta - hydroxylase activity as well as formaldehyde induced fluorescence indicative of intracellular catecholamines.
