Description
Human Subclavian Artery Smooth Muscle Cells are isolated from normal human subclavian artery tissue. The cells are cryopreserved at passage 2 and delivered frozen. T25 flasks is required for cell adhension to the culture vessels. Grow cells in ECM-coated culture vessels with 5% CO2. Each vial contains at least 1x10^6 cells per ml.

How to distinguish between live and dead cells?
A:

Live cells are bright, full and shiny in the center, while dead cells are darker. Cell viability can also be calculated by staining with Taipan blue.
